The Engineering section of Arechaederra prepares :

SAFETY

At sea, safety is paramount :

During maritime transport, ships are subject to 6 different movements that can all occur at the same time. This causes 3 types of accelleration that must be taken into account when stowing the load.

For this reason, shipping companies apply international maritime standards (SOLAS / IMO) to heavy or voluminous loads, requiring the installation of safety points solidly attached to the load to allow it to be lashed down on the ship.

Engineering Solutions :

We participate in the design phase of our clients' parts or machines, anticipating the safety points (metal structures, supports and lugs) that will later be required for stowage during transport.
